The 4 Phases

Phase 1

Cleansing Phase

The program starts with a 2-day cleanse to jump-start the process. 

Phase 2

Detox Phase

The initial phase, known as the strict phase, spans a duration of 14 days. During this phase, it is crucial to follow the plan strictly. It is challenging but the end reward is worth it!

Phase 3

Relaxed Phase

At this stage, you will be provided with an expanded list of foods that will give you more options for your meals. You will also be allowed to include a weekly “treat” meal. 

This is when many people start to notice improvements in their symptoms and appearance as well as overall well-being. Hunger and cravings tend to decrease, and you may find that even small portions of food leave you feeling satisfied. Your energy levels will increase, your skin will look radiant, and your overall sense of well-being will improve.

Phase 4

Maintenance
