Meet The Team

For years, I navigated the corporate world, juggling deadlines and meetings, all while battling the silent struggles of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). The diagnosis brought with it a slew of challenges, from hormonal imbalances to the stubborn weight that seemed resistant to any conventional approach. Both my mental and physical health were taking a toll, and I knew I needed a change. Driven by a burning passion to reclaim my health, I delved into extensive research on natural remedies and holistic approaches to manage PCOS symptoms and shed excess weight. Through trial and error, I discovered the transformative power of nutrition and lifestyle modifications. This journey ignited a newfound purpose within me. I became determined to not only conquer my own health battles but also to guide and support other women facing similar struggles. It was this passion that led me to embark on a journey to become a qualified Nutritional Therapist. Now, armed with both personal experience and professional expertise, I am dedicated to helping women reclaim their vitality and live their best lives.

I got into fitness in my 20s never did I feel the need to or the desire to before that. In fact I didn’t care for it then either but I was in a pretty dark place and a friend of mine convinced me it was the best solution As i started looking better but the stress was still showing on my belly, no matter how well i trained and how strict my diet was i was having a tough time getting to my goals and that's when I realized i still wasn't feeling the way I knew i could which then took me down a road of learning about stress and its effects on the body and mind. From then on it's been up hill. Learning to reduce my stress levels by creating the mindset I needed to not only achieve physical goals but mental goals as well. The solution wasn't just training and eating, the mind played a massive role. I have gone through stressors of daily life and physical training was amazing but not the entire solution. Once I started taking care of my mental fitness and food as well that's when I started to feel things rewire in my brain.
