All plans are created by a qualified Nutritionist, Shivani Rajdev, who has been through her own weight loss journey and understands firsthand, the anxiety and emotions that come with it.

 

Depending on personal preferences, support can be offered as an 8-week group programme or on a 1-2-1 basis.
